The concession represents the distinctive scenery of the area and is made up of a scattering of islands with palm trees, flood plains, and woodland. A lot of species, especially predators like lions, leopards, and the endangered African wild dog, can be found in the Khwai concession. (Families may choose to switch from Khwai Leadwood to Khwai Bush Camp.)

At the Thorntree River Lodge, paradise awaits. You can decide to spend your days exploring the area and getting lost in the many things it has to offer, or you can choose to relax on the floating deck and cruise the Zambezi River by boat. Stand in awe in front of the breath-taking Victoria Falls, or enjoy a helicopter or bungee jump to see them from a different perspective. Everyone can find something to enjoy here.

In the centre of Hwange National Park, often known as "the land of the giants," Somalisa Camp, located in its own private concession, is the perfect place to cap off your African experience. The elephant pool in front of the camp in Somalisa is well known for drawing substantial elephant herds. Also recognised as Zimbabwe's most eco-friendly safari destination, Somalisa received the country's first GOLD Green Tourism Certification. Families can choose to stay at Somalisa Acacia instead of Somalisa Camp.
