Victoria Falls may be seen in spectacular detail from Livingstone Island. Five trips are provided by Tongabezi each day to Livingstone Island. You will experience an exhilarating voyage along the Zambezi River’s swiftly flowing channels on a twin-engine boat. You will be given a guided tour of the island once you arrive, during which you will hear about its history, including its use as a site for sacrifice in antiquity and its current position as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy some teatime goodies that the Tongabezi team has prepared and is serving to you on the island.
Known for drawing thrill-seekers from all over the world, Devil’s Pool gives daring swimmers the opportunity to go on a life-changing adventure that is perfectly safe. Livingstone Island is only a short swim away, and one of our guides will be by your side at all times. It is included in the tour of Livingstone Island. Between the middle of August and the middle of January, when the Zambezi water levels are low enough for swimmers to access, Devil’s Pool is typically open.
