RESERVATIONS AND SEATING CAPACITY
Reservations are strongly recommended, and we advise that you book The Boma when booking your Victoria Falls itinerary. The restaurant seats 320 in the dry season (April to October) and 250 in the rainy season (November to March). Exclusive use of The Boma can be arranged, based on a minimum of 250 guests.

THE MENU
Specializing in a superb selection of traditional Zimbabwean dishes, The Boma offers a four course meal combining a mouth watering choice of starters, soup from the campfire and a substantial barbeque buffet. We offer a wide variety of salads and selection of delicious desserts. Vegetarian and Halal diners are also catered for, and whilst the adventurous are enticed with local delicacies such as mopane worms and game stews, for the less daring beef, pork, fish and chicken dishes are also available.

ENTERTAINMENT
The Boma is open daily for dinner from 19:00. We recommend that you are seated by that time for an evening filled with entertainment. Diners are welcomed and dressed in ‘chitenges’ (traditional sarong) prior to entering the main enclosure. They are then invited to take part in a hand washing ceremony before sampling local snacks and traditional beer, as a prelude to dinner. A feast of nightly entertainment incorporates traditional dancers, a local folk storyteller and a fortune teller. After dinner, guests are invited to join in the interactive drumming extravaganza from 8.45pm.

DRESS
Dress casually in light clothing in the summer months from September to April and warm clothing during the winter months from May to August.
